Wig Terms & Conditions

Ordering:

All orders must be placed online via this website.

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fullfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is dispatched. If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.

We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.

We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.

Payment

Payment must be made at point of ordering.

All payments are to be made via online payment methods.

Both accept all major credit and debit cards.

There are no fees for paying for products

They provide 100% protection for unauthorised payments
IF PAYING BY PERSONAL CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER, PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PAYMENT IS SENT WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER BEING PLACED, TO ENSURE STOCK AVAILABILITY

Product Availability

We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

Delivery

We manage our deliveries utilising generally MyHermes Tracked Courier Service.

We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost.

All  of our items are sent via Courier Service. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be dispatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.

Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.

UK Deliveries (Please see wig delivery section of this site)

Deliveries generally  take 2 to 3 working days from the time of dispatch and take place Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.

Export Deliveries

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.

Returns

In all circumstances you must email us, write or telephone with your intention to return a product and complete a Returns Form which can be downloaded from this website.

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.   Items may be returned within 14 days from receipt  inline with the Distance Selling Regulations, and refunds/exchanges will be authorised, providing the items are returned unused, in their original packaging, hairnets and all hang tags attached.  You are responsible for the cost of return postage of non faulty products .  Wigs that have been worn, cut, brushed, combed or restyled, have had tags removed, or are returned with the odour of perfume, hairspray or tobacco etc will not be accepted for a refund as they will be classed as used.  WIGS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THE HANG TAGS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Please email us. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement.  The easiest way for us to process your return is if you send your name and order number within the return package.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we suggest a Signed For service for returns for your protection.

Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.

We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.

Please do not make multiple purchases in order to choose one wig and return the rest,  We will issue a refund for the first return only, any subsequent returns from a multiple order will be issued an exchange.   If you are very unsure of your purchase it may be beneficial for you to visit a Wig Shop or Salon to try on a variety of wigs to enable you to make the right choice.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Fabulous Wigs Limited reserve the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return goods.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed via PayPal/Sagepay to the original card used for the purchase transaction.

Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.

General

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

We may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of our site upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights.

If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Use of our site and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Our Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. You should regularly check the terms and conditions and the privacy policy for any updates and/or amendments.

Please be aware of your right to cancel an order within 14 days in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.
