If you need to return an item

If you need to return an item to us, please read the following information:

Please ensure that you have emailed us to inform us of your intention to return your item.

All returns must be in their original unused condition, with hang tags, hairnets and original bag.

Please return the item enclosing your name, order number and if you require an exchange or refund, please do ensure that you include the name of the wig you would like in exchange:  If this information is not provided within the return, this will result in a delay issuing the refund or exchange.

Return the item to:  Wig Store UK, 1 Roundwood Avenue, Baildon, Shipley, West Yorkshire, BD17 7LB.

To ensure safe return please use a ‘signed for service’.  You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

You have 14 days from receipt to return to us.

Returns will not be accepted for refund if tags have been cut, the item is used or has been brushed, restyled/cut or has any odour of perfume or tobacco etc.

WIG CAPS WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED/TRIED ON WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES TAGS MUST BE RETURNED

RETURNED ITEMS ARE SENT TO INSPECTIONS, THEN PROCESSED FOR REFUNDS WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF REFUND.

    Love my Wig!
    I lost all of my hair due to chemotherapy and found the whole process pretty devastating. I recently purchased the Amber Blonde Wig and it looks amazing, it has really natural looking highlights and is comfortable too. As soon as I put it on it looked great and then my sister, who is a hairdresser, trimmed and shaped it for me so that it looked just like my own normal hairstyle. Boyfriend loves it and says it definitely doesn’t look like a wig. Thank you for providing such a lovely, natural looking wig at a great price and giving me back my confidence. I have a smile back on my face!!
