| Yes, there may be a minority from time to time that are out of stock but this will clearly show on the website. So that you as the customer, will know prior to placing your order with us. We update our stock lines regularly and we have great new styles coming in all the time. |

| Yes, yes, and yes, we are somewhat unique here at Wig Store UK, as we do take the vast majority of the photographs ourselves in our studio, we have no intention of misleading our customers and feel that if we show you the wigs we have by not using promotional photos from manufacturers you will be clearer about what you receive, this is a winning formula for us as many of our clients return time and time again. |

| No, here at Wig Store UK we only stock high quality synthetic fibre wigs. The fibre used to make our wigs has been specially formulated to look as close to real hair as possible. |

| If you need to return an item to us, please read the following information:
Please ensure that you have emailed us to inform us of your intention to return your item.
All returns must be in their original unused condition, with hang tags, hairnets and original bag.
Please return the item enclosing your Order Number, name and if you require an exchange or refund, please clearly state which model you require if an exchange is required. Please Note: If this information is not provided within the return, this will result in a delay issuing the refund or exchange.

To ensure safe return please use a 'signed for service'.
You have 7 days from receipt to return to us.
Returns will not be accepted for refund if tags have been cut, the item is used or has been brushed, restyled or has any odour of perfume or tobacco etc.

| 16. Should I choose a wig which is like my natural colour? |
| This really depends on you as an individual and what you want out of your wig. Many of our clients choose something that is the complete opposite to their natural colour to completely change their appearance, we have other clients who simply prefer to start with something that is not too far away from their natural style and colour until they get used to wearing a wig. Our seasoned wig wearers on the other hand, have different wigs for each day of the week!!! They change as the mood takes them. |

| 17. Why are most of your wigs much cheaper than other sites? |
| As we are soley internet based we have no expensive retail units/showrooms, we also have an excellent relationship direct with our manufacturers. All this results in us being able to pass on the savings straight to our customers. |
