No, and the reason we do not produce a brochure is that our stock changes and updates every few weeks, so by the time a brochure was printed many of the styles would be have updated making the brochure or catalogue out of date.

Producing this kind of literature is also expensive, at Wig Store UK we like to keep unnecessary costs to a minimum so that we can pass on all the savings to our customers.

Wig Terms and Conditions Wig Store UK

Ordering:

All orders must be placed online via this website.

When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

When you place your order you will be sent an email to confirm that we have received it. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfill that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product(s) is available and the details of the order are correct, you will receive an email once the product(s) is dispatched. If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full.

We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

All prices quoted on our site are in UK pounds.

We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.

Payment

Payment must be made at point of ordering.

All payments are to be made via online payment methods.

Both accept all major credit and debit cards.

There are no fees for paying for products

They provide 100% protection for unauthorised payments

Product Availability

We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

Delivery

We manage our deliveries generally using Evri Tracked Courier Service or Royal Mail.

We reserve the right to deliver in multiple consignments; however this will be at no extra cost.

In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options. The package can be dispatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.

Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of dispatch, please contact us and we will try to locate your shipment.

UK Deliveries (Please see wig delivery section of this site)

Deliveries generally  take 2 to 4 working days from the time of dispatch and take place Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5.30pm.

Export Deliveries

Any person purchasing our products from outside of the UK is the importer to that destination and is responsible for all taxes and/ or special duty payments on all of the products ordered.

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery or customs.

Returns

In all circumstances you must email us with your intention to return a product.

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.  Items may be returned within 14 days from receipt  inline with the Distance Selling Regulations, and refunds/exchanges will be authorised, providing the items are returned unused, in their original packaging, hairnets and all hang tags attached.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage of non faulty products .  Wigs that have been worn, cut, brushed, combed or restyled, have had tags removed, or are returned with the odour of perfume, hairspray or tobacco etc will not be accepted for a refund as they will be classed as used.  WIGS THAT ARE RETURNED WITHOUT THE HANG TAGS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Please email us. You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement.  The easiest way for us to process your return is if you send your name and order number within the return package.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we suggest a Signed For service for returns for your protection.

Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.

We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.

Please do not make multiple purchases in order to choose one wig and return the rest,  We will issue a refund for the first return only, any subsequent returns from a multiple order will be issued an exchange.

If you are very unsure of your purchase it may be beneficial for you to visit a Wig Shop or Salon to try on a variety of wigs to enable you to make the right choice.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Fabulous Wigs Limited reserve the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return goods.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed via Paypal/Stripe to the original card used for the purchase transaction.

Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.

General

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

We may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of our site upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights.

If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Use of our site and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Wig Store UK – Are you based in the UK?

Yes, we are based in the UK and more importantly so is all our stock.

There are many online wig companies who claim that they are UK companies, they use .CO.UK web addresses, please take the time to read through their websites and find out exactly where they are based.

We cannot stress enough how important it is that you check out the online wig company you are buying from, we hear so many sad stories of people being scammed.

Many are Chinese companies and this can cause problems for the buyer if you need to return an item or need a refund.

Please, please check that the company you are buying from have a registered address in the UK, send them an email, check the spelling on their website often this is a giveaway as there are many errors in the website content.

Pick the right wig for your face shape

What kind of wig would suit my face?

Its a fact that different hairstyles suit different face shapes, so here is a quick guide to help you choose the right wig for your face shape.

Round shaped face – a wide hairline and fullness below the cheekbones. These faces look very good with a geometric or linear style. Add height, when possible, and long, wispy side areas to make the cheeks look narrow. Comb hair close to the head on the side and at the nape.

Square face shape comprises of a wide hairline and jaw. Square shaped faces need height on top and narrowness at the sides. Comb the hair off the forehead to add height to the face. Curly texture and wisps of hair around the face break the wide, straight lines common to the square face.

Diamond shaped faces need narrow sides and fullness at the chin. Bobs work very well for this shape. Avoid wearing height on top or volume on the sides. Use some fringe to cover a narrow forehead.

The heart shaped face has a wider forehead and a narrower chin. Bring some hair onto the forehead to disguise its width. Keep hair close to the head at the eyes but make it slightly full around the jaw, and below and in front of the earlobes.

Pear shaped is usually defined by a small or narrow forehead and a larger jawline. Comb hair to add width from the eye level through the crown of the head. Set and comb hair close to the head on the sides and at the nape.

The oblong shape face is characterised by a very long and narrow bone structure. Generally speaking people who have an oblong facial shape often has a long, thin neck. Use a fringe or half-bang across the forehead by creating soft waves or curls in the crown and nape areas. This helps to create the illusion of an oval.

Oval Shaped Face is longer than wide, with a jaw tat’s narrower than the cheekbones, as the oval shaped face has no dominant areas and is so proportional, this face looks good with just about any hairstyle, length or texture.

Please be aware of your rights to return a product unused and in its original condition with tags attached within 14 days of receipt.  No returns will be accepted after this period.
Due to hygiene reasons all wig sales are strictly final, wigs that have had tags removed, been worn or brushed/styled in anyway will not be accepted for return.  Items must be returned in their original unused condition with hairnets, tags attached (not cut/undone and reattached) and packaging.

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product. Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
